About Eileen
Teaching physics felt like a natural choice after completing my MPhys degree at the University of Canterbury. Over 5 years of tutoring, I have worked with hundreds of students who needed clarity on kinematics, thermodynamics, and electromagnetism. My approach focuses on solidifying your understanding of units and measurements through consistent conceptual practice.
I spend time drilling derivations and formulas so you remain comfortable with the underlying mechanics of any problem set. Helping students close gaps methodically remains my priority.

You will find that complex ideas become manageable when we break them down into their core components. Since I hold an MPhys from the University of Canterbury, I integrate advanced theoretical foundations into your daily practice to build high level competency.
Because I provide free access to my personal derivation and formula notes, you can review essential materials outside of our scheduled time. We dedicate the first half of our session to rigorous conceptual study before shifting our focus toward exam technique and past papers. By analyzing common errors in your work, we ensure that you remain sharp throughout the semester. You will walk into your final exam feeling genuinely prepared for the challenge ahead.
