About Shailja
I am an MSc Zoology graduate specializing in Cell Biology, Cytogenetics, and Molecular Biology, and I currently work as a visiting faculty teaching undergraduate students. I enjoy helping students understand biology in a clear and structured way rather than relying only on memorization.
My academic experience includes research training and presenting posters at national and international conferences. I have also completed my dissertation work in a diagnostic and research laboratory, which allows me to connect theoretical biology concepts with real scientific applications.
As a teacher, I aim to make biology engaging and approachable for students while helping them build confidence in understanding complex topics.

I focus on building strong conceptual understanding in biology rather than simple memorization. My teaching method involves clear explanations, diagrams, flowcharts, and step-by-step discussion of biological processes so that students can visualize and understand the subject more effectively.
A typical class begins with identifying the student's current level and syllabus requirements. I explain the core concepts in a structured way, followed by diagram-based learning, discussion, and practice questions to reinforce understanding. I also help students with assignments, presentations, and exam preparation when required.
My classes are suitable for Class 9–12 biology students, NEET aspirants, and BSc Zoology or life sciences students who want stronger conceptual clarity.
