About Roger
Former daily newspaper investigative reporter/editor, multiple-award-winning advertising copywriter, prizewinning poet. Retired as executive director/head of communications for nonprofit law firm. Currently working on a novel (Isn't everybody?) and nonfiction book (working title: "The Whipping Boy: The South in Contemporary America". Have taught copywriting in continuing ed.

I make extensive use of material I have written, case histories, and anecdotal examples. I can be a little didactic ("Because I said so, that's why!") but also rely on a great deal of humor to make points, and I encourage dialogue.
