I have been working in education in one capacity or another for the past 10 years, ranging from a clerk, Librarian, classroom aide, behavior aide, tutor, and finally classroom teacher. In the last couple of years was in charge of the performing arts/film club on campus.

My approach is making sure the students I work with not only feel supported enough to work with me but safe enough to make mistakes.
