About Nabilah
Thank you for your interest in getting to know me better. I'm Nabilah, 31 year old mom of 1 who's had 5 years experience in teaching yoga professionally.
I started my self practice at home in 2010 through videos on youtube and had realize how much of a difference my body have achieved physically. I continued my self practiced and took my IYIC certificate in 2018 where I build mind and body awareness. Throughout the teacher training period, I have allowed myself to enjoy the physical, mental and emotional health through the benefit of yoga. My teachers from MAYI and other teachers globally have taught me different ways and styles of teaching on how students can benefit all the positive outcomes either individually or in groups.
I have attended a few workshops which include pranayama (Breathing techniques), inversions like handstands and arm balancing as well as backbend with famous yogis like Marysia Do.

My classes promotes holistic wellbeing through teaching, observation and consultation. I design yoga class sequences and integrated lesson plans, including hatha, vinyasa, power yoga and flow formats for beginners and advanced students of all ages.
I demonstrate postures to students and supports them in finding their right poses. I help students develop their mind and body awareness, as well as physical strength in a safe and comfortable environment.
