About Vedant
I have been practising yoga for over 13 years and I have 5+ teaching experience in yoga.
An international certified yoga instructor. Through Vishuddhi Yoga we are providing Corporate, personal, group and guest classes as per the requirement.
We also provide Therapeutic yoga depending on health problems.
Yoga is a human technology. It's the science of consciousness. Through yoga practice, a person knows his body and mind better. Health is just an additional benefit.

I believe that if you can breathe, you can do Yoga. My classes focus on the harmonious balance of breath and movement.
I carefully designed each class with my student's requirements in mind. I am sensitive to each student's needs and bodily alignments. This prevents injuries through yoga and develops trust in yourself and your practice. So, eventually, you can nip the stress, illness and lethargy at the bud.
My yoga classes will be based on overall wellness through, positive and dedicated efforts realised in the form of- Asana Practice, Pranayams and Meditation. The style of yoga you will practice will be a healthy mix of Classical Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga techniques.
This class is open to everyone over the ages of 7 and upwards. All ages, genders, nationalities and people with ailments are most welcome.
