About Jo-Li
My specific aptitude is for students who struggle to learn in the standard school environment. I have experience in home school education for students with cerebral paulsy, aspergers and frontal lobe brain damage. I am a graduate from NMU in Nature Conservation, with love for our natural environment. I draw inspiration for artistic expression from nature. I believe in positive stimulus for development through drawing, painting, drama and creating, thereby expressing and communicating.

My teaching method is peaceful and involved with the student, encouraging growth in their particular strengths and slowly building a relationship of consistency and trust. I am particularly excited about educating and assisting students who are difficult learners. I am patient and believe in kindness and perseverence.
