About Shalu

I am a Naturopathy doctor/yoga instructor experienced more than 15 years. Founder of Arogya wellness and taking online sessions for ladies and kids from places like London, Sheffield, Croydon, and many parts of the UK. Been to Qatar for a year and worked as a Junior doctor in Diabetes hospital. I am dealing with therapeutical yoga [ yoga for weight loss /Stress and many more] and doing online sessions for individuals or groups. The first session is for FREE! About the lesson

My teaching method is from the basic for the beginners and slowly move them to intermediate. Do not worry if you have knee joint pain/lower back pain/sinusitis or any other. All the sessions will be customized and taught accordingly.
