About Rebekah
I have been working as a Nutrition & Weight Loss coach for 6 years, plus two additional years as a Life Coach. I have taught over 1,000 students and have a strong success rate and many happy clients.
I am currently a MSc student studying Neuropsychology and Nutrition. My undergraduate education was in Biological & Nutrition at the University of Toronto. During my recent time at New York’s Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I had the opportunity to explore the foundations of nutrition and the relationship between food, lifestyle, and our mental state.

My specific style of coaching has been categorized as ‘holistic’ coaching, looking at all areas of an individual’s life. I understand that with wellness it cannot be a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach, and every single individual is unique, as is the focus we take for them.
I start with a consultation to find out what the student is looking for out of the sessions, and then work out a program and follow up plan. Each session has a structure and handouts or learning objectives.
