About Justin
I am a working artist and visual designer out of New York City with over 20 years of experience. I graduated from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in the East Village, which has trained me rigorously in multiple disciplines including drawing, painting, history, writing, sculpture, 2D design, color theory, graphic design, book making, conceptual development, typography arts, photography, printmaking, and more. I have worked professionally in advertising and non-profit in New York City. Happy to help coach and push students forward using the experience and knowledge I have acquired thus far.

I will sit with you and discuss your artistic goals and what the steps will be to improve and go forward on your own chosen path; whether that is improving technical skill by training and material excesses, to conceptual and solution-oriented guidance in terms of executing or creating a specific thing.
Additionally, able to coach students with their college application portfolio and provide advice and mentorship, especially if they are applying to top-level arts institutions, which I have experience with.
Sessions will generally be geared towards individual goals and can be restructured according to what you would like to achieve.
