Hello, my name is Megan. I graduated high school in Cochrane, Alberta. I am currently a student at SAIT in the Nutrition for Healthy Lifestyles Program, working on getting my certification. I have had experience creating meal and fitness plans for family members and friends. I would like to help others reach their health and fitness goals:)
