About Franziska
I’m a yoga teacher from Germany.
Educated in Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha Yoga I like to bring forward a modern approach to yoga while at the same time connecting to the traditional mindfulness practices that stand behind it.
My focus is not just giving you a workout (which sometimes of course might be necessary) but instead help you discover yourself deeper, your needs and your boundaries.
