About Lauren
I am a registered yoga teacher and have been giving private and group instruction for the last year. I have 6 satisfied students who have encouraged me to grow that number. I have personally been practicing yoga for the last 5 years and before that trained extensively in dance and stage combat.

While my lessons are open to all levels, I specialize in beginner yoga. My passion is to make yoga more accessible to everyone. One on one sessions allow me to create a more welcoming environment with space to give feedback and ask questions. Yoga has so many benefits to offer anyone who practices. It shouldn't be intimidating.
