The yoga classes present lines of different methods and styles of yoga, providing the student with a more comprehensive and suitable practice for him.
It is a practice for anyone, of any age and limitations, it always has variations and adaptations depending on the physical condition of each one.
We will work on personal development to achieve well-being, balance, serenity and joy in every moment of life!
The class lasts 50 minutes and is composed of breathing exercises (pranayamas), postures (asanas), relaxation (yoganidra) and meditation (samyama). It is a gentle method and even those who have never practiced it can do it!
