About Victor
Teaching is something I fell into by accident, then stayed for good. My career started in B2B SaaS and financial services, where I spent 18 years training sales teams, coaching new hires, and helping professionals sharpen how they communicate. Eventually, the training side became the part of the job I looked forward to most.
Now I tutor full time. The reason is simple. Watching someone finally understand a concept they have been struggling with is genuinely satisfying. My students range from career changers preparing for interviews to business professionals who need sharper English for meetings and negotiations. I also work with students who just want to build confidence speaking in a second language.
