हरि ॐ I offer Traditional Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yan Yoga, prenatal-postnatal and Therapeutic Yoga Classes. The Structure of class usually starts with Body scan followed by meditation, Mantra Chanting, Pranayama and Yoga Poses (Asan practice). LET US ALL HEAL AND GROW TOGETHER!! Yoga for All level.
