About Claudia
I am an actress and a dancer. Most of my career I studied in Mexico City and another part in New York City. Since I was little I have been in contact with dance. I started with Hawaiian and Tahitian for 13 years and then started my path to the performing arts. At the age of 20 I started taking daily private classes for 3 years of ballet, this is where I fell in love with the body consciousness. That is why I started a 200-hour Yoga training for restorative alignment backed by Yoga Allience and the Mexican Yoga Alliance. With this training I have discovered new ways of treating the body, including the mental and spiritual area.
