BBA graduate with 3 years of corporate experience and 6 years of Yoga practice. Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher from Central Board of Yoga and Fitness. Along with yoga I provide diet tips for weight loss. I also read books on nutrition.

Details
First class would be a free demo. For 1-0n-1 fee would be Rs 150 per hour. For group sessions (maximum of 3 women) fee would be Rs 100 per hour. 5 hours a week.
Exclusive week end classes for working women also conducted: Rs 200/hour 3 hours a week- Fri-Sun
