About Whitney
Being a Doctor of Medicine Candidate at the University of Sydney actually makes basic chemistry feel much more intuitive. Most students struggle with the periodic table and trends because they view them as static facts rather than dynamic relationships. I have taught 92 students over 4 years of experience to solve thermochemistry and inorganic chemistry problems with speed.
My background in medical science helps me teach the mole concept and numerical problem solving through a practical lens. Conceptual learning is the primary goal here. Chemistry is often misunderstood.
I am a lifelong learner who appreciates the elegance of a balanced equation. Understanding the foundational math behind stoichiometry is quite satisfying once you find the rhythm. I also have a personal interest in the way molecular interactions shape medical biology.
