About Daniela
I have lost over 70lbs myself in the last 6 years by eating healthy, exercising and having a healthy lifestyle. This change is overwhelmingly positive and I want to help others achieve their goals as well. I have quite a few 'tricks' that I used to help me in this process and would love to share them with others.
