About Juan
I always wanted to be a personal trainer and got my opportunity in 2014 where I became a certified personal trainer. My expertise would come from going back to UAH to obtain my bachelor's of Kinesiology in Exercise Science. My mentor was a successful Olympic and college basketball conditioning coach and operated a physical therapy office for many decades. I learned fitness techniques with the mindset of a physical therapist. This is where my injury prevention teachings come from. I got an opportunity to learn about adapted fitness and sports through Blazesports America where I can help adapt fitness programs based on specific disability needs. I got to accelerate my experience by working in corporate fitness for 7 years being available for 4000 employees for their fitness needs. I have taught classes at UAH similar to what you'll get working with me.
