Having worked with a few children education NGOs during the covid lockdown, I’ve learned to become sensitive to the individuality that each child bears, especially in terms of their learning potential and this aspect has made me conscious in figuring out the appropriate methodologies to employ while teaching, since this selection is to determine the possibility of fulfilment of our collective goals. I prefer learner-centric and interactive methods that also make use of suitable aids. In addition to that, my background in psychology, I believe, would help me brush up my skills further in this endeavour.
