Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether it’s classical mastery, jazz improvisation, or modern electric guitar.
I emphasize real-time creativity and improvisation, helping students explore melodies, chord progressions, and solos in the moment. Modal application is introduced gradually, allowing learners to understand how scales and modes shape their music. Jam-based learning is a key part of my sessions, encouraging students to play alongside others and develop their sense of timing, rhythm, and musical conversation.
Alongside technique, I focus on expression and musicality. Students who love precise classical playing receive structured guidance to excel. Those drawn to strumming and rhythm are supported to shine in creative, dynamic ways. I include exercises in ear training, sight reading, and composition to enhance overall musicianship.
