Together we have moved towards conscious goals, from physical (weight loss, sport program), to psychological (quit smoking, changing/finding partner) or professional (job change, salary increase or dealing with a complex hierarchy).

Graduated in family, social and legal mediation, I have tested many human methods lately.
The world is changing and we are constantly looking for a new balance.
Coaching is about finding resources in yourself. And therefor I may help you in your different projects.
Those may be personal or profesional, my method consists on helping you growth through your goal.
Very different from the so-called "classic" therapies, coaching is that little "extra" which gives you the strenght to move on.

According to the project, I propose several phases.
As a human project, mutual trust is one of the main keys to our collaboration.
A first contact: Offered to meet & clarify the program together.
Then : Development of a schedule spread over several sessions and some "homework"
If needed, you can always reach me by mail between the sessions.
The number of sessions varies on your needs and desires. Together we will set a canvas that suits everyone.
