Meditation has truly transformed my life.
I learned this powerful practice in India and have been meditating consistently for the past eight years.
If you experience anxiety, constant overthinking, stress, or a lack of motivation, it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. Often, it’s simply your inner world asking for space, presence, and care. Perhaps it’s time to pause… even just for a moment.
In this 30 minute guided session, you’ll begin to feel a shift from the very first class (which you’re welcome to try for free).
We’ll gently move through conscious breathwork, deep body relaxation, and guided meditation creating a safe space for calm, clarity, and inner balance.

    Through meditation people's lives changes for good as they learn how to observe thoughts from the mind without identifying with them, people get less reactive, calmier, happy, at peace.
  • How would you describe your method as a practitioner?

    As intuitive, grounded, and centered on self-awareness. I guide people back to themselves not to escape their thoughts, but to observe them with compassion and curiosity. Meditation is a space where we can listen, reflect, and reconnect with who we truly are. My role is to create a safe and steady environment where each person can explore their inner world at their own pace.
  • With experience, are there things you have learned or unlearned about yourself or others?

    I have learned that self-awareness is an ongoing practice. The more I’ve taken time to understand my strengths, fears, patterns the more open I’ve become to learning from others. I’ve unlearned the idea that I need to have all the answers as a practitioner. Instead, I now see my role as both a guide and a student.

    I believe that each of us has so much wisdom, and that we are forever learners.
  • Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?

    My sister inspired me to start meditating. I wouldn't say I have a role model but I get inspired from so many people, specially the ones healing themselves and I also get so inspired from people spreading out the message of self-awareness such as

  • How do you personally relax; what methods work for you?

    Moving my body with somatic movements such as gentle yoga, breathing exercises, being on nature, and of courseee meditating :)
  • Tell us about a memorable lesson.

    A memorable lesson I carry with me is that things unfold as they are meant to. We have no control over what happens only over how we respond to it. Often, we try to understand why something is happening or we create resistance against it. The lesson, for me, has been to accept things as they are, to take life as it comes, and to allow it to unfold naturally. We are here to experience all of it to feel joy, to cry, to laugh, and to learn what it means to be human.
