About Emily
As a recent ATAR graduate, I understand how stressful some of the coursework can be, and I would love to provide other students with the knowledge I was lucky enough to be given by my Lit teacher.
I believe that English Lit is one of the most thought provoking and important courses, as it provides young people with the opportunity to share their opinions about the world through the lens of Literature, showing that no matter how old a text is, it can still be made relevant.
I hope to not only help students with their coursework but also give them a higher level of appreciation for the subject.

I provide lessons that offer students with the opportunity to delve into their texts and develop comprehensive understanding of the themes and techniques used in literature.
I will set a strong focus on the ATAR syllabus for English Literature in order to provide each student with the tools they need to convey their unique perspectives on literary texts in a mature way.
I graduated in 2023 with an ATAR of 93.3, and with English Literature being my best subject, so the coursework is still very fresh in my mind. My lessons are suitable for year 11 or 12 English Literature students.
