About Efordiah

Hello! I am a passionate English tutor and Creative Writing student at the University of South Africa with hands-on experience in tutoring and educational support. My background combines a deep love for literature and creative arts with a structured, supportive approach to learning. Having worked extensively with students of various levels, I understand that mastering English isn't just about memorising rules—it’s about discovering your voice and building lasting confidence. Whether we are diving into poetry, refining story structure, or mastering grammar, I focus on breaking down complex ideas into manageable, relatable steps tailored to your personal goals. Outside of tutoring, I am an active writer, reader, and language learner, and I bring that same enthusiasm for growth and creativity into every lesson.

About the lesson

Welcome! My lessons make English engaging, accessible, and deeply practical—whether you are looking to excel academically, unlock your creative voice, or master everyday communication. Rather than relying on passive lectures or dry worksheets, I take an interactive, student-centred approach tailored to your individual goals and pace, seamlessly combining creative exploration in story structure, character development, and poetry with strong technical foundations in grammar, targeted reading comprehension, and literary analysis. Above all, I foster an encouraging, structured environment where mistakes are embraced as natural steps towards learning, empowering you to analyse texts critically, write with clarity and impact, and build lasting confidence in your English fluency.
