For the past 2 years I was preparing for all sorts of national exams like NEET,JEE,ICAR etc.

I can teach my students tricks and help them with the mnemonics to ace any kind of an exam unlike making them cram for hours.Something that is very important to learning in general is helping students develop better meta-cognition. That is their awareness of their own levels of comprehension on the subject.
Something that is very important is creating the appropriate goals and challenges for each student and each class. Unfortunately, our culture doesn’t seem to appreciate that different students need different goals.
