About Theo
I have been teaching chemistry for more than 14 years, drawing on an MSc in Medicinal and Biological Chemistry. My expertise lies in analytical chemistry, where I specialize in chromatography, spectroscopy, and titrations. I enjoy making these subjects practical and understandable for learners at all levels. My teaching includes not just the technical procedures, but also how to interpret the results effectively. Experimental design is a cornerstone of my approach, helping students build skills that transfer directly to research and industry. I place special importance on quality control, showing its role in ensuring accuracy and reliability. My students have ranged from undergraduates in lab-based courses to aspiring professionals in quality assurance. Each learner receives structured guidance tailored to their individual strengths and needs. I encourage active problem-solving to reinforce understanding. Lessons are designed to build confidence step by step. Chemistry can feel challenging, but with clear explanation and practice, it becomes rewarding. I aim to inspire students to see the beauty in detail and precision. In every session, I share the satisfaction of uncovering reliable results through careful chemical analysis.

Chemistry is best learned when concepts are clear, structured, and visual. My teaching centers on atomic structure, chemical bonding, molecular shapes, and periodic table patterns. I use active visualization, diagrams, and comparisons to make abstract topics simple. Every session encourages students to think beyond memorization. I support learners step by step, helping them build a strong base for more advanced studies. I work especially well with learners interested in medicine or the natural sciences. Each lesson is organized with goals, practice, and review to ensure understanding. Logical reasoning is emphasized to strengthen critical thinking. I encourage students to connect chemistry to their surroundings, from food chemistry to environmental science. Asking questions is welcomed and celebrated. I believe in turning challenges into learning opportunities. Confidence grows as learners see their progress. With patience and guidance, chemistry becomes approachable. The building blocks of matter will no longer be a mystery.
