About Giulia
I have been passionate about sports and physical activities since I was a child, so I sought to delve deeper into this area. My dream is for people to develop the habit of exercising and understand that health must be a priority and mind and body must be put first. My main objective with you is to develop a work in which you practice targeted, individualized exercises and see results beyond aesthetics, focusing mainly on the numerous benefits that exercise can bring, improved posture, reduced pain, greater disposition, reduced fatigue and tiredness , improves mood, and physical abilities.
