About Miriam
I am Miriam Ruhl, UNLP Physical Education teacher, I have been training since childhood and I never stopped because it is my lifestyle. I have been changing the ways of moving, from sports such as basketball, athletics, swimming to Gymnastics, Pilates, Crossfit, Yoga, bodybuilding, Functional (I am an Instructor in Pilates, Bodybuilding, Functional, Swimming); I enjoy learning new techniques. I speak English fluently. I worked for 5 years at the Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires giving personalized and group classes (Spanish/English) for guests and VIP clients. As a teacher, I love continually learning and being able to pass on to my students all the new fitness techniques so that moving is also part of their lives and they enjoy it every time!

My method is based on providing not only training for your body but also tools for you to learn and make each movement conscious. It is an experience of movement and learning. I am a Physical Education teacher and also an instructor in various disciplines, because what I propose is a comprehensive, diverse and entertaining practice at the same time. You move your body, you get rid of stress, you renew your energy, your mood changes for the better! And you learn to accept yourself, your possibilities, your body, to be patient with yourself in the process, together we will achieve your goals!
All my classes are online on platforms like Zoom, Meet, Skype or whatever you prefer!! Train wherever you are!
