About Karteek
I have has facilitated, delivered, trained, been the chairperson for 60+ conferences and trainings across India, Mainland of China, Egypt, Italy, and Tunisia. I'm passionate about empowering young people to fulfil their potential. I have an experience of leading organisations locally, nationally for 7 years and I'm managing the global strategy of one currently.
Passionate about coaching, creative problem solving and emotional intelligence, I've led more than 40 people directly under myself and been the Country Head for 4000+ people across 35 cities in India in my experience.
I'm experienced with strong leadership roles and a history of working in Organizational Development, Strategy, initiating Start-Up units, Learning and Development, Training & Mentoring young leaders.
I'm a strong advocate for cross-cultural peace, eliminating gender-based stereotypes and mental health awareness. To spread the awareness on the same, I dream of traveling across the world, documenting stories that capture the essence of humanity, and publishing them for everyone to read.
I'm currently learning how to build sustainable businesses strategically for a stronger impact on the world.
