About Amrendra
I am a certified yoga instructor. I provide online and offline classes and home classes also. I have been practicing yoga since 2017. I am trained in hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Raj yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. I also give sessions for stress management, weight loss, sugar, anxiety, back pain, headache, insomnia, hypertension, BP, cervical spondylitis, joint pain, and many other diseases. Free demo class is available. Special workshops for kids and students are organized to increase their capacity, concentration, and peace.
