My lessons are light-hearted but sprinkled with drills that build strength, mobility, and mind-body awareness.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and completely judgment-free space for you. Every session is guided with patience and encouragement, allowing you to learn comfortably at your own pace without ever feeling intimidated or rushed.
