About Lakshita
Namaste! I’m a Class 12 student and a passionate yoga learner and teacher who believes that yoga is not just about physical movement, but also about awareness, relaxation and a positive mindset. I’ve grown up learning yoga closely from my mother, who holds a PhD in Yoga and runs her own yoga studio. This has given me the opportunity to learn about different yoga practices and approaches. I genuinely enjoy motivating and encouraging people, and I aim to make my classes comfortable, positive and beginner friendly. I offer personalized online sessions based on each student’s needs and goals, while continuing to learn and grow as a yoga teacher.

Namaste! I offer personalized online yoga classes for beginners and anyone looking to build a consistent, mindful practice.
My approach combines yoga, yoga flow, relaxation and Yoga Nidra, with a focus on flexibility, movement, awareness and inner calm. I believe yoga should feel approachable and enjoyable rather than intimidating.
I have grown up learning about yoga through my mother, who has a PhD in Yoga and runs her own yoga studio. Her experience has given me the opportunity to learn about different yoga practices and approaches closely.
I also love motivating and encouraging people, so my classes focus not only on the physical practice but also on helping students feel comfortable, confident and consistent.
Classes are available online, and students in Haldwani can also have access to guidance at my family's yoga studio when appropriate.
