About Arushi
Born and trained in India, I delight in sharing my passion for yoga, mindfulness, and dance (Kathak+Bollywood). I'm an empathetic teacher well-versed in pedagogy, having taught students of all ages and levels from beginners aged 4 to postgraduates at the University of Cambridge. PhD in Computer Science (Cantab).

I offer one-to-one Yoga and Mindfulness lessons for children aged 4+, as well as adult learners (18-99+), at my home in Chesterton, Cambridge. Evidence-backed, jargon-free, accessible lessons tailored to each individual student’s needs and interests. My practice is informed by peer-reviewed scientific research with a particular emphasis on accessibility and inclusivity centring vulnerable individuals from marginalised backgrounds.
