About Edwin
I’m a PhD-qualified educator and TESOL-certified communication coach, with a decade of experience as a university lecturer in Australia (Media and Communications). For 18+ years, I’ve helped learners from diverse backgrounds, especially intermediate to advanced students who feel “stuck” expressing themselves authentically. I am motivated by seeing people grow—not just in how they communicate, but in how they understand themselves and move through the world.

In our sessions, we focus on organising your thoughts and expressing ideas clearly and naturally—not just correctly.
I have published books and articles and have run seminars on mindfulness and spirituality. I also bring experience designing wellbeing and communication workshops for schools and companies. This means we don’t just work on language, but also develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence (EQ) for personal and professional contexts.
For example, instead of giving standard answers to questions like “What are your strengths and weaknesses?”, we might explore your “mountains, rivers, and deserts”. This not only prepares you for interviews, but also helps you articulate your experiences with greater depth, clarity, and intention.
Lessons are online, tailored to your goals, and designed to be a safe, supportive space for you to think, speak, and grow.
