About Helia
I’m a trainee counselling psychologist with a passion for learning and teaching. With years of studying the human brain and behaviour, I understand how we learn—and just as importantly, why we sometimes don’t. Whether it’s Maths, English, or Science, I know how your brain stores information, why brain fog hits, and why knowledge sometimes disappears during an exam. But here’s the good news: I’ve got a toolkit full of science-backed strategies to help you overcome these challenges. My goal is to make learning enjoyable, memorable, and something you can confidently apply in everyday life.
