About Tharindu
I’m Tharindu, a passionate Chemical Engineering graduate currently pursuing my PhD in Engineering. My academic and research background has given me a strong command of mathematics, thermodynamics, and analytical thinking. I enjoy simplifying complex ideas, mentoring students, and helping them achieve academic success through clear, structured, and engaging lessons. With experience teaching both high school and university students, I’m dedicated to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, explore concepts deeply, and develop lifelong problem-solving skills. Teaching is not just a profession; it’s something I truly enjoy because it allows me to share knowledge and inspire curiosity.

My teaching approach is structured yet flexible. I break complex ideas into simple, logical steps and connect them to real-world engineering and scientific examples. Lessons are highly interactive, encouraging students to reason through each problem confidently.
A typical session lasts from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs and focus areas. I’ve taught high school and university students, guiding them through topics ranging from algebra and calculus to applied mathematics in engineering.
My goal is to make math clear, practical and enjoyable helping every student build confidence and mastery at their own pace.
