About Kayla
My name is Kayla and I am a year and a half into my PhD. My PhD centres around understanding why and how to prevent breathing problems in preterm infants. Particularly I look at the brain and the role of the brain in modulating and controlling breathing. I am a passionate learner, and teacher, regularly teaching at a University level as a demonstrator/ teaching assistant.
