During my time working as a colleague of Alexander, I was impressed by his enthusiasm for his subject area and his willingness to share this passion with others around him. He is always willing to put time aside to help others and has built a strong array of essential communication skills, making him, not only easy to talk to and get along with, but an excellent teacher. He has a knack of explaining complicated concepts in a clear and concise manner, helping one understand things. He also is very patient and understanding and it feels as though it is always okay to ask him questions. He is also extremely organised and sets achievable short-term and long-term targets, so you can see how you are progressing and have a well laid out plan.
