About Carla
I became a yoga instructor in San Cristóbal de las Casas 3 years ago. Since then I have dedicated myself to sharing the practice in Spain, USA and Mexico. My philosophical studies have enabled me to deepen the experience of dharma.

I have focused on developing my communication skills with an emphasis on education and accompaniment. I have worked with infants, children and adolescents in different contexts. I currently teach adults. I like the spontaneity in the workspace and the flexibility to modulate classes to whatever is needed to ensure progress.
