About Robert
I have a ton of experience teaching college students in a pretty wide range of disciplines, including writing, both academic and creative. I have taught freshmen composition, research writing, and literary theory. When I teach reading and comprehension skills, I believe in close reading of the text, after the manner of the ancients from across the sacred and profane traditions. Texts contain many worlds and learning to decipher these, in their rich profundity, is a life-long pursuit.
