About Aaron
I am philosophy graduate from Wesleyan University in Connecticut (Class of 2019) where I wrote an honors thesis titled "Embodied Knowing: Subjectivity, Trauma, & Body" investigating the relationship between philosophy of mind, cognitive science, social theory, and traditions of Embodied Practice.
Since graduating, I cofounded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization called Dharma Gates dedicated to opening pathways into formal meditation practice for young adults. I've published twice in the Buddhist Magazine Lion's Roar in the past three years.

My focus is on helping students overcome their fears, find a more more authentic voice in their writing, and build technical skill to write strong essays.
We will breakdown the structure of a piece into its components, learn what makes a powerful argument, and learn to construct an essay that is enjoyable to put together and genuinely reflects a student's voice.
