About Alexis
I tutor for it is my passion to spread the capacity to gain knowledge, and the ability to better comprehend said knowledge. I am an undergraduate third year philosophy student at the University of California Riverside.
I have 2 years' experience aiding high school and middle school students with their writing trough the AVID program in Newport Beach CA, as well as 2 summers experience aiding middle and elementary school students with English literacy and writing in Costa Mesa CA.

Lessons do not presume any background knowledge and their content will change based on the aptitude and experience of the student. Will work with all ages and grade levels. My goal is to spread basic philosophical knowledge and improve their argumentation and critical thinking skills.
I am also intimately familiar with the metaphysics of gender, death, and morality, and would gladly teach about these once the student has mastered the foundations of the field.
