About Pierre-Luc
I have been teaching philosophy for ten years, having started my career in university education (lecturer and teacher), before moving on to secondary education.
I am currently finishing a doctoral thesis in the history of philosophy, which gives me an overview of several important moments in the history of my discipline and allows me to build in-depth courses on a good number of major authors.

For philosophy, I favor a problem-based approach, which allows the student to appropriate the philosophical problem posed; From this perspective, the concepts and authors taught appear as so many tools used to solve the problem. This approach promotes the development of personal critical reflection at the same time as an understanding of the thought of the authors studied.
For general culture and humanities courses, my approach is historical, intimately linking the development of the thought of the authors studied in the historical context in which they lived. This approach gives the student a deeper understanding of the genesis of the ideas studied and of the problems that occupied the great thinkers of history.

Perfect! Très pédagogue et passionné, Pierre Luc a su donner du relief à des concepts philosophiques parfois difficiles d'accès. Grâce à une méthode rigoureuse et claire, il m'a permis de comprendre comment faire dialoguer les idées pour répondre à une problématique de manière argumentée. Un premier cours plus que satisfaisant!

Pierre-Luc est vivant, subtil, investi dans son enseignement. Pour l’avoir eu comme collègue pendant des années, je sais qu’il met beaucoup de temps et d’énergie dans la préparation de ses cours et qu’il en ressort fier et aimé!
Pierre-Luc est un ancien collègue de Lycée. Un enseignant de philosophie passionné et passionnant dont les cours enthousiasme les élèves ! Des heures assurément riches en discussions pour explorer la démarche philosophique. Pierre-Luc porte une attention particulière au niveau de ses interlocuteurs dans la perspective des examens . Un excellent guide pour une discipline déroutante !
