About Jeffrey

I was bitten by the photography bug when I was in my teens. The work of Ansel Adams, Diane Arbus, and Eugène Atget inspired me and helped me use my camera to define my place in the world. Photography became more than just a hobby; it transformed into my primary language for storytelling and self-expression. Through my lens, I explore the delicate balance between light, shadow, and the human experience. Whether I am teaching technical mastery of manual settings or guiding students in finding their unique artistic voice, I am dedicated to helping you translate your vision into captivating imagery. My approach focuses on blending classic techniques with contemporary creativity, ensuring that you leave every session with the confidence to capture the world as you see it. Let’s work together to turn your snapshots into compelling visual narratives.

Key Areas of Expertise:
* Fundamental Camera Mechanics: Mastering ISO, Aperture, and Shutter Speed.
* Composition and Framing: Developing an eye for detail and balance.
* Creative Lighting Techniques: Utilizing natural and artificial light to set the mood.
* Post-Processing Skills: Refining your images through professional editing workflows.
* Thematic Storytelling: Conceptualizing and executing cohesive photographic projects.
