About Andrea Letizia
I am a very enthusiastic and empathetic person and I like to transmit it in my classes !! I have been practicing sports since I was 3 years old and I don't know what my life would be like without it. My goal is to be able to transmit even a little bit of this passion to the people I work with, so that leading a healthier life is something that is enjoyed and does not feel like a punishment. LGTBIQ+ friendly ^^

I will adapt to your needs without a problem, whether it is postpartum Vinyasa or yin yoga for the elderly. Can't wait to meet you/ y'all :) (I can give individual or group classes)
