I approach my classes very much on a client by client basis, and really adapt to what their individual needs/wants are. I believe it is essential to have a thorough approach to training, in terms of type of training, rest, nutrition and mentality to promote ultimate health, and differ the priority in line with everyones personal goals.
I am a professional dancer, with a master degree specialising in nutrition for performance. I am also a fitness professional and explore a wide range of fitness and training possibilities. I have a background in gymnastics and running, alongside dance, and also regularly practice yoga and pilates. I love to cross train and bring in every different type into my sessions, both for others and personally.
