About Deborah
Completing a BS and MS in Physics at UChicago provided the foundation for my 13 years of instruction. Focusing on first principles ensures that the mechanics of a problem become clear. Dealing with the core physics rather than memorizing formulas is the best way to handle complex topics.
I prioritize deep understanding over superficial pattern matching. You will find that my approach demands active participation throughout the 10 segments of our discussion. Theoretical frameworks provide the scaffolding for all our problem solving. We examine the logic beneath every equation before moving to calculation.
